Basic strength and conditioning programs are important, but adding Athletic Republic™ Sports Training in the off-season can take athletes, in every sport, to the next level.
Athletic Republic™ Running Program
The Athletic Republic™ Running Program is a six to eight week sport-specific, speed and agility training program that enhances performance by focusing on foot speed, body mechanics and sprint work. Our state-of-the-art treadmills will push you past your previous limits to a new level of speed and performance.
Athletic Republic™ Resistance Cord Programs
Do you want to increase your kicking, throwing or hitting speed? Improve your spike or three-point shot? Carle Sports Medicine offers a trio of programs that can help: Kicking Cord™, Throwing Cord™ and Power Cord™. All of these six-week programs use patented technology and can be tailored to your sport. Plus, each one is designed to be effective on its own or as a compliment to our other programs.
Training
Personal Training - Athletes of all ages and levels can work towards their fitness goals through this individualized program. Workouts are based on specific evaluations and testing that focus on the strengths and weaknesses of each participant. Through the support and professional guidance of our certified athletic trainers*, you will learn how to train and exercise safely, while improving your fitness, strength and physique.
Sport-Specific Training - Our certified trainers* offer expertise in a wide array of sport-specific skills. Whether you want to perfect your high jump approach or learn the right way to use starting blocks, let us help you get the edge by learning the proper technique necessary to excel. Our trainers also offer a hitting and swinging instruction program for baseball, golf and tennis athletes.

VertiMax™
Adding a few more inches to your vertical jump can make the difference between hitting and missing that jump shot. This four, eight or 12-week program will help basketball and volleyball athletes achieve explosive leaping ability through the use of VertiMax™ Vertical Jump training, plyometrics, focused lower-body strength and power lifting.
ACL Risk Reduction Training
While statistics show that ACL injuries are among the most common injuries for female athletes, a majority of these are the result of non-contact incidents. You can reduce the risk of ACL injury with proper evaluation and instruction in biomechanics and strength training. Our six-week program will assess areas of need, focusing on proper landing techniques, body awareness and positioning, deceleration when cutting or stopping and increasing core and leg strength.
