TRAINING FEES: Adult or Youth classes (must be 18 or older to attend):
$15 - Illinois Residents
$50 - Non-Illinois Residents

To register for a class, please answer the questions below to visit the appropriate registration form for submission. If registering multiple people, each person will need to complete a separate registration form and pay the fee.
