These bereavement support groups provide a place to connect with others who are also going through loss, share memories of the person who died, learn about the grief process, and explore new ideas to help you cope and heal. We use Alan Wolfelt’s book Understanding Your Grief as a guide to our discussion.
The groups are open to all grieving adults in the community who have experienced a loss through death and are led by a trained facilitator.
