About this event
This class is designed to better prepare expectant women and their support person(s) for the birth process. Discussions include a review of pregnancy, relaxation exercises, pre-labor signs, onset & stages of labor, comfort measures & labor positions. Labor interventions, options for pain relief and postpartum care are also discussed.
You’re encouraged to complete this class by your 36-37th week of pregnancy. All expecting mothers can benefit from attending the classes. We also encourage your support person to attend the classes with you.
There’s a $20 fee for this class which covers lunch and snacks for you and one support person.
