This is an introductory group for people who have experienced grief recently. Topics include normal mental and physical challenges when we are grieving and healthy coping skills. After attending one introductory group, you’ll be able to continue to the Touchstones in Navigating Grief series that covers helpful rotating topics.
The group is open to all grieving adults in the community who have experienced a loss through death and led by a trained facilitator.
