About this event
This three-hour class reviews stages of labor, relaxation, breathing techniques and medical interventions. Information for expectant mothers considering vaginal birth after a previous cesarean is also provided. You should attend this class before your 36-37th week of pregnancy. Bring a support person and wear comfortable clothing. A tour of the labor and delivery and postpartum area is included. The fee for this class is $10.Due to potential COVID-19 gathering restrictions and social distancing guidelines, classes may be offered through alternative formats.
