Tai chi, is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuringthat your body is in constant motion.
The class meets every Tuesday from April 13 - May 18 at 4:30 p.m. in the Mind and Body Studio at Carle Health & Fitness Center.
Cost: $40 for members, $65 for non-members
