Healthcare workers and first responders collecting PPE

Healthcare workers and first responders collecting PPE

Carle is participating in a community-wide collection effort. We are looking to the community to help with personal protective equipment (PPE) needs. Our priority need is boxed and unused procedural N-95 and surgical masks. We are also looking for face shields, goggles, gowns, ventilators and hand sanitizer. These items will be distributed to first responders and healthcare workers throughout the community.

You can drop off items Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Champaign Urbana Public Health Department, north conference room door, 201 W. Kenyon Rd., Champaign. Call (217) 239-7877 when you arrive and a staff member will come out to collect items from your vehicle. Please include your name and address when you drop off items.

To donate directly to Carle, please email coviddonations@carle.com

At this time, we are unable to accept donations of medications and exam gloves.
