Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2004
2300 S. First Street
provider was very courteous and helpful.
The provider is clearly knowledgeable about my condition, but I felt that our time was rushed and I didn't leave feeling as confident as I was have liked, along with that some of my questions weren't answered fully.
The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to physician related questions on our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
I have used *Dr. Bane for several surgeries & would recommend him to anyone.
I will definitely recommend everyone to see Doctor Bane. He is a great doctor.
Dr Bane is the best surgeon I have ever dealt with at Carle. He is extremely professional, skillful, and caring. I recommend him to anyone...
I did not get the results I was hoping for, but I understand his reasoning.
*Dr. Bane called me...when he found out what was wrong with me, I was glad! He must be a worker!
Felt like dr. was late for a meeting not late into appointment, waited 20 mins. for him to come into room for 5 mins. of his time. Didn't provide good service at all.
I've already recommended him a number of times.
Very knowledgable and relatable guy!
*Dr. Bane was very helpful, explained surgery, recovery & prognosis very thorough exam...
*Dr. Bane is a wonderful caring doctor.
The provider was very friendly & knowledgeable but I wish we had more time to meet with him.
*Dr. Bane was excellent took care of the problem....

I really felt comfortable with Dr. Bane and feel confident in him as my surgeon.
Dr Bane is awesome! ...
Dr. Bane was running behind so he explained everything to me but just seemed a little rushed.
*Dr. Robert Bane is the best. Always dressed nice, so caring and considerate, best doctor!!!
I cannot say enough good things about *Dr. Bane. He exceeded my expectation, and his reputation is stellar.
When I first met *Dr. Bane, he seemed rushed and didn't really go over my surgery or what to expect. ...He was very nice at the follow-up and explained things, though.
Dr. Bane will always be my first choice because I know I can rely on him and trust him!
Again, the staff & Doctor were excellent.
...Dr. Bane himself needs no improvement.
