Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

Will never use this dr. again - couldn't care less - I had to ask him to ck. my back.
I really like *Jeremy. He's very competent & personable.
The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to physician related questions on our nationally-recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
Provider was rushed. Did not want to hear my take on my medical problem. Talked at me, and then left. Discouraging visit.
I saw this provider for a [condition] so I didn't need much time but this provider rushed through the visit. There's a balance between being efficient/productive and making patients feel as though the provider is already thinking about the need to get to the next patient(s).
I was "one of those patients" going in for one thing and asking him to take a look at a few others just to make sure they were okay. He handled that so well and seemed to welcome anything additional. He also seemed to know my history as he walked in (I haven't been in for a LONG time so that was impressive) and he wanted to make sure I understood what he was telling me. He also walked me out of the back area - a nice touch.
Jeremy is fabulous. Very personable and professional.
Carle is by far the finest.
Medler is a great person to deal with!!
This department is so understaffed they don't have the time to take what needs to be given to patients. I just feel like I am rushed through because they are seeing over 50 patients a day. It makes me feel like I'm not getting a thorough examination.
easy to talk with and joke with without interfering with treatment
Appointment was very rushed. I was in there less than 5 minutes. It seemed like he was rushing to get on to his next appt.
I loved the fact that he did something about my condition that same day. I have full confidence in this provider.
Mr. Medler is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner.
*Jeremy is the best. Great upbeat personality. Treats you like family.
We like Jeremy and want to continue with him but wish he was more accessible. hard to get an appt.
While I have faith in [Mr.] Medler, he does a very rapid exam.
Provider addressed me consistently as "buddy" which I find appropriate for a small town gas station attendant, but absolutely inappropriate for a professional medical facility. For me, this signaled a lack of professionalism. I would not see this person again.
I have recommended Jeremy to several people... as of this time 6 I recommended are currently going to him and love him like we do. he is just excellent!
*Mr. Medler is considerate, professional and just a great guy!
I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy Medler. The only minor quibble I have is that the care is so quick that I often forget I have a question so I don't think to ask it until I'm gone. The question was not important to the point of impacting daily life or I would have called back to ask to speak to the nurse. Great care from a caring provider. Wish there were more like him!
Jeremy had always been very helpful and encouraging to me. This visit he seemed to be short, cold and uncaring. I don't understand what is going on. [...]
*Jeremy was perfect! He exceeded our expectations and made it very easy for my (child)
He always takes the time to answer questions. He's very personable.
Dermatology appointments are too fast typically. In and out if you know what I mean. I believe they know what they are doing, but it seems incomplete.
He may have spent 5 minutes with me, didn't look at [...] I told him about on [...]!
Always have had excellent interactions with Jeremy Medler, he gives clear instructions and explanations
I felt like I had lots of answers right away.
Warm, friendly and professional provider
Jeremy is very good.
He was great, but I got the impression that he was in a hurry and just wanted to be out of there. I had other questions but decided not to ask them.
He was recommended by a coworker and she was right.
