CarleRx Pharmacy

CarleRx is a full-service pharmacy open late seven days a week to accommodate you and your family’s needs. You can fill your prescriptions with CarleRx via telephone, in person or online through the WinRx website. You can also have your provider send the prescription directly to us via phone, fax or electronic script. CarleRx accepts most insurance plans. 

We have two convenient locations in the Champaign-Urbana area, scroll down for additional information on prescription refills instructions.

How to Place a New Prescription Order

You can fill your prescriptions with CarleRx via telephone, in person or online through WinRx website.

NEW CUSTOMERS: If you have never filled a prescription with a CarleRx Pharmacy before please call to set up your account. We’ll need some basic information about you and your prescription insurance. If there’s another pharmacy we need to reach out to (to transfer your medications), we ask that you provide their contact information.

ONLINE PRESCRIPTION REFILLS: To refill your prescription ONLINE, you'll need to create an account with WinRx. Click on the specific CarleRx Pharmacy button below to get started. Please note if you plan to use multiple pharmacy locations, you will need to set up a separate account for each location.

How to Dispose of Medications

There are disposal boxes for sharps along the Forum Circle Drive next to Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, and inside of the hospital’s South Clinic. There’s also a medication disposal drop-box inside of the Patient/Visitor Entrance of Carle Foundation Hospital.
