Before your appointment:

  • Make sure your smartphone, tablet or computer is working before your scheduled appointment. The device must have a working camera and microphone. Have your device charged or plugged in for the visit. 
  • Be sure your device has the MyCarle app or updated browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.). Avoid using Internet Explorer on your computer. And don't try to access MyCArle through your tablet or phone browser as this won't work well.

To use My Virtual Visit:

  • Log in to MyCarle (or register for an account if needed).
  • Withing 15 minutes of your visit, your appointment will show up directly on the welcome screen.
  • Review any visit consents, registration information, insurance and check-in questions. 
  • Agree to share your web camera and microphone (if prompted).
  • Then, you'll enter our virtual waiting room and see a "waiting on provider" message. 
  • The provider will join you and start your visit.
