Creating and Sustaining a Healthy Work Environment

A special nurses’ night out

Learn about how Carle is creating and sustaining a healthy work environment for nurses at a time when the clinical complexity of patients is increasing.

In this presentation, Jeannie Cisney, MSN/Ed, CCRN, CVICU Unit Educator, will discuss the essential standards for creating and sustaining a healthy work environment, and how the CVICU at Carle is applying these principals to navigate its challenges. Think a career change might help? You will also be able to tour Carle, network with fellow nurses & learn more about Carle nursing opportunities.

Evening flow:

  • 5:00 – 5:15pm check in and welcome
  • 5:15 – 5:45pm presentation: Creating and Sustaining a Healthy Work Environment
  • 5:45 – 6:15pm RN panel
  • 6:15 – 7:00pm networking and tours
