In this presentation, Jeannie Cisney, MSN/Ed, CCRN, CVICU Unit Educator, will discuss the essential standards for creating and sustaining a healthy work environment, and how the CVICU at Carle is applying these principals to navigate its challenges. Think a career change might help? You will also be able to tour Carle, network with fellow nurses & learn more about Carle nursing opportunities.
