Application Process and Timeline

Education Requirement

Must be in the final year of an accredited graduate program, pursuing an MHA, MPH, or MBA with an emphasis in healthcare management, or a degree equivalent to the aforementioned studies. While we are interested in every qualified candidate, we are not able to sponsor visas for the fellowship positions.

Application Process

Applicants must apply by Friday, September 27 no later than 5 p.m. CST.

Applicants must submit the following items, in order, as a single PDF attachment to Fellowship materials can be titled to Carle Fellowship Selection Committee. The order of materials as stated below.

  1. Current resume
  2. One-page personal statement specifying interest in a healthcare administration career and the Carle or Health Alliance Administrative Fellowship
  3. Official or unofficial graduate school transcript
  4. Two letters of recommendation: one from a graduate program faculty member and one professional
  5. Fellowship placement preference (Carle and/or Health Alliance) download here

A selection committee with leaders from Carle will review all applications. Late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

June/July: Start of administrative fellowship
