Additional Free Resources

Legal Consultation
Obtaining answers to legal questions can be time-consuming and frustrating. We provide access to an experienced attorney to assist in resolving issues before they impact workplace performance. Under our EAP, we provide one legal consultation per eligible employee/dependent per year. This consultation can be in-person or by phone. This consultation can be for a variety of concerns, including:

  • Child custody concerns
  • Wills
  • Divorce settlements
  • Landlord/tenant issues
There is no obligation to continue services with the attorney after your free consultation.

Financial Counseling
We’ve partnered with an outside vendor to provide a free, one-time financial counseling visit to those in need.

This service can help you with:

  • Debt consolidation
  • Financial planning
  • Credit counseling
There is no obligation to continue services after the initial consultation.

Services Are Confidential.
Your privacy is important, so EAP sessions are held off-site. All information discussed is strictly confidential. Unless legally mandated, nothing from these sessions will be shared with anyone without your written consent. If additional assistance is recommended, your EAP counselor will facilitate a referral based on your personal situation and financial circumstances.

What to Expect When You Call
All incoming calls are answered by our trained office staff, who will gather some initial background information from you (i.e., name, address, emergency contact number, employer, etc.). They will also screen for suicidal/homicidal ideations and offer you an appointment with the provider they believe most closely matches your need at that time. For non-emergency calls, we try to offer an appointment within three business days. For urgent calls, we offer same day appointments.
