4.7 out of 5 (33 Ratings, 6 Comments)4.733

Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

I think the provider went out of her way to give teenage advice which had nothing to do with the visit and I really think that it was awesome that she cared and her visit with my child was more than I've seen other physicians put forth in a long time. There you go, hon.

The nurse put me in an apron. I have never seen one of these but didn't question it. The provider laughed at me and asked why I was wearing it. I'm obese and my body was exposed, so it made me pretty vulnerable. Another issue I had was that I was treated poorly checking in. I have new insurance. The lady at the check in desk was noticeably annoyed. Another patient came to check in and stood behind me. The receptionist said "if you're just checking in you can use the kiosk." When the patient didn't move, the receptionist said "...orrr not." It was rude. The other patient clearly had issues using the kiosk and thankfully the male receptionist on duty helped her out.

The nurse was very helpful and good to work with

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

I provided my insurance information to the front desk and he supposedly added it but when I looked at my Carle it wasn't showing up, which is time consuming for me to have to renter the information

Faster service than my regular carle facility

I made an appointment and checked in online via MyCarle. However, when I arrived at the Convenient Care on Curtis, I had to do another check-in that took 10 minutes and had to answer most of the same questions I had already answered on the MyCarle check-in.
