Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2012
We love Dr Hoffman ~ he is truly the best physician that Carle has. He's patient, observing, compassionate, helpful and willing to listen and take time.
Dr Hoffman is a great doctor!
I really like Dr Hoffman he always takes the time needed and explains things at a level I can understand.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

My Dr was extremely on the ball and ready to face any questions that my wife and I had. He was a delight to face and extremely knowledgeable in his medical field. It was a joy to meet with Dr HOFFMAN and I look forward to our next meeting.

Exemplary -- Dr. John Hoffman is terrific!
Dr. Hoffman is one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time.
Dr. Hoffman is a wonderful doctor. Always attentive and actually listens to my concerns. He has suggestions to help my issues or will schedule tests if necessary. He also makes sure I schedule my yearly mammogram. If any other testing is needed, that is suggested at the time of my yearly physical. Thank you for your attentive personal care, Dr. Hoffman!!
They were supposed to make another appointment for me for a specialist and they haven't done it yet. I'm still waiting.
All of the staff I dealt with were very kind and helpful. A good experience.
