Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2012
The doctor was excellent, the nurse good but the person at the front desk had an attitude. So maybe if they had a good attitude like the doctors and nurses, that would make the patients feel a little bit better. But usually I have no problem with that but this time I did. That's it.
My visits with Dr. Hennesy are always upbeat, positive and informational. He listens to my concerns and genuinely takes what I have to say into consideration. I always feel like I have his undivided attention during my visits and I appreciate that very much.
Dr Hennesy and RN [...] were very adamant to have me seen to treat my condition, it shows me how much care they have for their patients.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Doctor was few minutes late due to a C-section, was kept updated and doctor apologized more than once. Still took his time with me. I did not feel rushed at all. Answered my questions and told me what I need to do and when in the future. Was very pleased!
Everyone was pleasant and made me feel comfortable, thank you
I have extreme anxiety over doctor's apts and especially one like this. Dr. Hennesy was incredible.
Dr. Hennesy was extremely comforting during my very sensitive time and situation. I appreciated his honesty and emotional support.
Dr Hennessy and his NP [...] are amazing!
Loved my experience at the OB office. Dr. Hennesy listens and explains things very well.
I feel that Dr. Michael Hennesy is one of the most informative doctors that I have ever been to for anything in my adult life, and I would recommend him highly to anyone.
Very informative, courteous and thorough.
Waited for 30 minutes in the waiting room while other ppl after me was getting in before me. Took two hours for a follow up.
I loved all my nurses. The midwives are wonderful and the biggest asset Carle has. The lactation consultants were also very helpful and friendly. The physicians responsible for my sons care were extremely caring and compassionate.
Dr. Hennesy is pleasant and informative. He took the initiative to offer additional information he thought would be helpful to me. He explained every step of his exam.
Carle has the best doctors and nurses.
