Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Hi. Yes. I wanted to say that the nurses and doctors and anesthesiologist all took good care of me and did a great job. Thanks.

08/26/2019

Totally satisfied with my first visit with Dr. Chase. Felt very comfortable while seeing him.

08/22/2019

Well I didn't know what to expect and everything was okay. But now I got a procedure coming up. and that's about it.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Love Hudson Hospital. Professional, caring, wonderful care and expertise. So glad we have it. Thank you.

Everyone that I delt with from the person checking me in to the nurse who wheeled me outside was terrific.

07/09/2019

I came in very anxious. I am a hard poke for an IV and therefore very nervous. My nurse was awesome. I told her how I was feeling and she did wonderful and was very caring. Everyone involved at Hoopeston was great. My anesthesiologist was also awesome. He explained everything very good and did a lot to calm my fear.

The staff was amazing, from the check-in experience, through the nursing prep, through the procedure and finally with aftercare. Everyone was amazing, high compassionate and communicative. We were pleased with all aspects of care given today.

05/28/2019

Everything ran beautifully. Everyone was professional, but also kind and made me feel comfortable.

05/03/2019

I was treated very professionally, and promptly, but most of all very politely. I appreciate that.

I like the staff. They're all very very friendly and knowledgeable and just love going to that facility. It's small but the one on one care is just phenomenal. So I'd rate them a 10 out of 10 every time I believe. Thank you so much.

Yes, my name is [...], and I appreciate the fact that everything was very prompt. Everything was thorough answered some concerns that I had different things about what to expect before my surgery and after my surgery, and why it's recommended to do things in a certain time was answered very professional and that's something I very much appreciate. [...] Thank you so much and have a great day and thank you for allowing me to give my feedback and thank you for your service.

I appreciate the timeliness of being able to see my medical provider. The nurse was very thorough. I appreciate her kindness, as well as the doctor's kindness. I just wish that they had told me to be on the west side of the waiting room versus the east side of the waiting room because I did not hear my name being called initially when the nurse came out to the waiting room and I was on the exact opposite side of where I needed to be to go back to see my medical provider. I think you have a good set of receptionists as well. They were also very courteous to me. Thank you.
