Great care, as usual.
no problem, very satisfied, thank you
Everyone was caring and professional!
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
My only complaint is that I had no way of knowing I had to check in twice, once for a lab test and another for the doctor visit immediately following. The kiosk check-in listed both appointments, but apparently checks you in only for the first one, but no one told me that, so I didn't know I should check in yet again for the second appointment, which led to some confusion.
All my nurses were wonderful!! Dr. Hogg brought me a cup of coffee after my procedure, he knew I had not had any. LOL He was very caring and considerate. I think a lot of Carle!! Thanks!!
The woman from the lab (contract person from Cedar Rapids, IA) who was in the suite during my procedure was FANTASTIC! She was kind and talked to me and also held my hand. She was exactly what I needed.
Well I'm still having pain in my right leg and that's what I would like to - that's what I went in for, pain in my right leg. So that needs to be improved. Thank you. Bye. Bye.
Dr.Hogg has been the best through this issue I was having. He was just as frustrated as I was and kept apologizing even though he did nothing wrong. He knew how upset I was and went in and fixed what the other doctor had done. I am very grateful for Dr. Hogg and the entire staff during my procedure and the care after!!
I was very very impressed with the nurses they were all so great, and doc was great too. I am very high anxiety and I am in pain, I was just hoping I'd get some kind of relief. [...], but I am still in pain that's my only complaint. You guys are great at Carle clinic though, thank you.
[...] Outstanding! Dr Hogg remains my medical hero! And his staff are great!
I was treated with respect and caring.
The nurses were really excellent, asked me if I was warm enough. They took very good care of me and the doctor was excellent and explained the different types of the radiation stuff that I need for my cancer and explained in a very, well way for me to understand it . So I think he's a number ten.
Dr. Hogg and his team were awesome, just amazing people to deal with. The best procedure or surgery I have ever had!
