Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2013
I was very happy with both Dr. Adams and the person who did my weight, blood pressure, etc. at the beginning of my appointment.
Dr. Adams is amazing, she is so kind and companionate.
Dr. Adams is always an amazing doctor. Her listening skills and concern are always top rate. I don't get to see her a lot (usually one of her PA's) but she still knows who I am and makes me feel welcome and comfortable. I look forward to appointments with her.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
It was good.
Dr. Adams is amazing and she does such a great job talking to the kids on their own level and also involving the parent. Couldn't be happier with her.
Dr. Adams is the most caring doctor I have ever had. Never rushes and listens to you.
It is difficult to see your provider when you are ill, you can not get in and when you send a message it takes days before they can get back to you. I have to go to another Doctor when I am ill.
Dr Abigail Adams has given me good care and she is a great listener.
I love Dr. Adams; she treats her patients with care and respect.
It's always good and lots of love especially with my doctor Adams whom I love very much
Dr. Adams was excellent in everything she did.
My nurse went out of her way to help me find the name of another nurse practitioner that I was trying to find. She was.... my nurse was very kind and I apologize that I did not get her name.
Dr. Abigail Adams is wonderful. You're in danger of over working her.
They always listen to me, which means alot to me.
My complaint would be the multiple notification of my upcoming appointment. Text, phone, and email is a little much. I think the text was first and I responded that I was coming, so the others should have not happened.
I thought the nurses and Dr. Adams was extremely nice kind and understanding and and kept me calm during my episode there, and I really appreciated them. Thank you.
Staff was most thorough and considerate.
We had a great visit. Carle employs wonderful doctors and nurses!
I feel comfortable with Dr. Adams. She's kind and caring and takes a sincere interest in my health concerns.
