Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2013
Dr. Anderson is first class. She is great every time I see her. <.....>
This facility could benefit with valet parking.
My Dr. really above and beyond to help me. My understanding was clear and I appreciate her time spent with me.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr Anderson and the RN were wonderful! They did a great job as always. They are courteous, kind, and very caring.
I am cured Very good care
Dr. Anderson is First Class. She reads up on your history since she saw the patient last and is fast...but thorough.... and always pleasant. Plus, she knows her stuff!
Excellent service i highly recommend Dr Anderson and staff. Thanks
Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor. She saved my foot. She is caring, she is compassionate, and I've never had a bad experience with her or her helpers. I would recommend her to anyone, and I would recommend they go to orthopedics. Thank you very much.
Dr Anderson is great
Dr. Anderson is very good. I'm very happy with her. She helps me immensely.
the front check in person was the BEST I've ever had when checking in for any of my surgery's . The Nursing Staff was Really Good prepping me and after care was great too.. HATS OFf to the New Surgery Center..
Great experience just wish the doctor would have explained to me afterwards how things went.
I rated the seen by provider in a timely fashion as a 2, Somewhat, because it took 2 months to get to an appointment, because you are so shorthanded right now for the podiatrist at Carle. I really appreciate Dr. Anderson, and she's a wonderful doctor, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
good experience with doctor and ass't
It could not have gone off better! The nurses and doctor were great! Thank you.
My daughter had decided she wanted the Dr to take off some of her discolored dead skin. Dr Anderson was onboard with this and took it all off quickly and virtually painlessly, right then and there. She was very good with my daughter. I can't sing enough praises about what she has done for my daughter to get her through all of this!
I feel great and we'll treated when I leave, these folks are wonderful!
Dr Anderson is the best
Sarah Anderson is an excellent podiatrist.
