Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2013
I walked in and asked for wheelchair to take me to my appointment but no one could help. I waited about 6 minutes and ended up walking which was so painful I had to stop a lot. Maybe add a chair near front door that I could have sat on to wait? Thank you
I have had exceptional treatment each time I have come to Carle. Very prompt, attentive and caring.
I feel very Fortunate to have a Clinic with Excellent Dr's, Nurses, and Others in the many Depts. They are very Knowledgeable, and I still think Carle starts with a "C" for Caring!
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
My nurse practitioners are the best and I trust them most definitely
Terrific experience--I felt very comfortable and that my concerns and questions were answered adequately.
My experience was pleasant and informative when I expressed my concerns about my child
My NP had a student along who did basically covered the entire experience and exam. It is wonderful to see Carle supporting students and I am thrilled to know our community healthcare provider is working to nurture the next generation of clinicians!
The staff were really nice and helpful.
Very professional and supportive.
I love coming Carle Facility all my problems get taken care of and I was leave that with a smile and appreciate each and everyone of the faculty members thank you all and God bless
No complaints at all. The nursing staff are always friendly and helpful.
I was having severe severe pain in my back and and here and you don't have any Young. What do you call it? Valet parking. You don't have anybody to help you in or out of your car when you're not able I don't have a handicap sticker on my car. So I had to walk a long distance. I was very disappointed in that and I know Christy Clinic does have valet parking and they do help people in and out of their vehicles. I was very disappointed in that.
