Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2014
Pleasant experience. Wonderful staff.
Everything was excellent.
The facility is deteriorated and in need of replacement. The staff and providers do an excellent job and I am extremely happy with the care my family and I receive there.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
There was an urgent case, which put the staff behind in seeing patients, but I did not mind--this facility has always been timely in previous visits and I felt that once I was in the exam room I received excellent care.
Dr and nurse were great. The Tuscola reception staff are always excellent.
I had a very good experience. Thank you.
I liked her very well. She was very thorough, very nice and I want to keep her as my doctor and I'm very very pleased with her.
Dr. Ballengee is an excellent Provider! She always listens to everything I say & responds accordingly. She knows my history & asked when my labs were scheduled for the Rheumatologist, so I can get all my labs drawn at the same time.
It was awesome! She took care of me in a timely manner.
They were very helpful in all that was asked , thank you
I was treated very well, there was a delay to an emergency and this was explained to me. Which I greatly appreciated.
It was a good experience.
I was respected by all.
Dr. Ballengee was very thoughtful, caring and informative. She listened to my concerns and addressed them. Would definitely recommend her and the Tuscola facility! All of the staff were very friendly.
Dr. Ballengee is very good doctor. She helps me every time and knows a lot about me, and she did not want my legs to get worse than when she first saw one and I take her advice all the time. I like her so much, as far as I'm concerned. She is the best doctor in the world. So I love her dearly and she loves me and we get along very very well. Thank you so much. I really appreciate Dr. Ballengee. She's a great doctor.
Dr. Ballengee and her staff are terrific.
Yes I've been with Carl for 4 or 5 years, and I couldn't get into my primary, so I had to go see Dr. Ballengee and she did nothing for me and I ended up in the emergency room the next day.
Dr. Ballengee was very kind and I felt comfortable and confident in her care.
Everybody was excellent.
