Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2014
The PSR staff were nice, the MA was nice, but the P.A. was not very personable and had a flat affect.
It was requested that I arrive by 7:45am. Which I did. Registration at front door was not opened. And Registration staff with PA Eichelberger did not start arriving until 8:00am and after. I was called at 8:10am. Why make a person arrive early when the staff is not there?
YOU NEED TO MAKE THE SELF CHECK IN SIMPLER. IT HAS TOO MANY STUPID QUESTIONS OR MAKE PEOPLE SHOW UP AN HOUR EARLIER.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Yeah, my experience with Kyle was great except for the 5 minute survey that you called me about 3 times that I didn't want to take and I'm taking just so you'll stop bothering me. Other than that, the ENT was great.
Everybody was excellent and helpful from checking in to seeing the Dr. Very appreciative of it all.
Waiting on another test
I felt good care. Kyle did a professional job.
Everything was great
My nurse was it's very good very friendly Kyle I needed to warm up a bit and the beginning seemed a bit standoffish and unapproachable. Once we begin talking he was much more approachable and open. So I would just suggest that he be a bit more friendly and the beginning otherwise a good a good experience.
Very professional, kind, listened to all of my questions and concerns. Great provider and would definitely recommend to family and friends and will see again!
