Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2014
As always, the staff and care providers at Carle were professional and knowledgeable.
Good experience with this Dr. My question to you is why have you not asked about my visit to Other doctors that are not good. There is one I will not go back to. He would not get a good review. I have talked to other people who say the same thing about him. You only ask me about the good ones.
All I can say is that I love having Carle as my health providers. I have Dr. [...] and I have doctor Dr. Dasgupta and I'm (INAUDIBLE) for both of them. I wouldn't change anything.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
The provider was running late, it was 20 to 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I got into see him! I went up to the desk and asked what was going on after it was 15 minutes past my appointment time. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to check in at the desk.
I really didn't have any experiences with the nurse. I just sat and talked to the doctor. He was very nice and informative [...]. My doctor was very nice and seem to know everything, you know that he needed to know [...].
I've always had the best of care at Carle, and I'm constantly recommending them to all my friends!
I have to say my nurse was just super, just absolutely very very kind and understanding and she made me giggle, which is really important for an old lady. Please just keep up the good work because in all honesty you're better than Mayo. Thank you.
I guess the one complaint I would have was having to wait a long time to check in... the... they were on the phone there was only one person at the desk and she was on the phone for at least ten minutes... there were two of us I think waiting to check in so... that's all.
Do not drift from your present characteristics-it seems that happens in many situations today!
Very friendly department from office staff checking in/ out, nurse or CMA doing vitals/ prescription info/check to Dr Dasgupta. He is very thorough and very pleasant personality puts you at ease. Answered my concerns and questions
Very professional but comforting. Instead of feeling frightened I can now look forward to my next visit with confidence. Thank u Carle Cardiology!!!!
The doctor was late for the exam. The staff explained that the doctor was delayed in surgery but would be shortly. My appointment was only 25 minutes late. He explained that a situation happened that had to be taken care of. I had no problem with that.
A few of your questions qualified a not applicable answer, such as communication between doctor & nurse.Since this was my biannual check-up, I was first seen by a nurse & then the doctor.
Everyone did great and we are glad we started coming there. We liked everything. Thank you.
Actually the doctor that treated me was terrific, he answered all of my questions. I couldn't have had more confidence in my stay there, my brief visit.
Had an appointment for a cardio test. Machine was broke. Had to reschedule. I'm a truck driver, lost a day and a half wages. Now have to do it again. I get dispatched in 18hr "on hour" intervals. For a single appointment, I have to lose a day and a half. I realize machines break, would be wise to have a back up? Nurse tells me the thing had been acting up before it quit, might be a good idea for regular maintenance? Upsetting, I am not rich and can't make up for lost days. Get it together-
Dr. Dasgupta and his staff is extremely professional and extremely helpful. Thanks.
Yeah, everybody was good with me. Thank you.
Yes, I like the doctor very much. I understand him very well. He answered my questions that I asked, and I got very comfortable with him, and I'm looking forward to seeing more of him to finish my treatment plan, and I like I said, I was very satisfied, [...].
The appointment was so brief (3-5) min, that the provider forgot to tell me about a medicine change. I found out the need for the change through a phone call from the provider's nurse. I did not have an opportunity to tell the provider about my leg cramps which I associate with the Medicine.
