Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2015
staff treated me great!
Dr. Desalvio was knowledgeable about the processes pertaining to workman's comp and how it affects my ability to be seen by orthopedics in a timely manner. He was thorough, professional and caring during the appointment.
Based on another facility that I went to [Carle] was by far more than ten, but my doctor listened to me. He asked me questions about what was going on. He wanted to clearly understand what was happening with me and what I needed and I am very happy with this deal and how he treats me as the patient. I didn't get that, none of that, at the other institutions I had gone to.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I was there for a DOT physical, a lot of the questions that you asked me did not pertain. So, please do not give any of the people that treated me any back....negative feedback for the answers that I gave because some of the questions that pertain to me. I went for a DOT physical. I waited 10-15 minutes for.... to be called back in. I... in that process, I had to fill out the paperwork. So, it...it really wasn't that long wait. I feel like if I had had that paperwork done maybe I'd been called back sooner, so everybody was great. I had a overall very decent experience as far as going for a physical. So that's it. Thank you.
Best most thorough DOT physical ever
The only complaint was it took a little longer to wait my turn to get in. Otherwise, it was fine.
The facility so beautiful and good people.
