Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2015
Dr Dallas is very knowledgeable. She always listens to my concerns and gives me her attention.
My consultation with Dr. Holly Dallas, who is my personal physician, was enormously helpful. She was very familiar with my situation, took plenty of time to go over my history with me and discuss my situation, listened carefully to my questions and carefully answered them, and provided excellent preventive care. I think the information and preventive care Dr. Dallas provided will improve my health.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I hate/loath the check in machines. I realize that Carle is trying to save a buck ($) or two by getting rid of workers. I prefer dealing with a living and breathing person!!!!
I was nervous going into my appointment, but Dr Dallas made me feel very comfortable. She answered my questions and concerns and made suggestions on how to improve my health. I felt she took her time with me and I didn't feel like she rushed through my appointment.
My doctor is always late and I can't stand that. I have a job and miss unnecessary time at work because she is never on time!!!! I do not like the way my doctor treats me.
My main problem with todays visit is the the test result we were going to go over were not back yet. i felt like i wasted some of my time as we just ent over what had happened and if there was any other episodes since then, which was not a waste but that wasn't the main part of my visit.
8:30AM appointment and not seen until 9:15AM is not acceptable. Furthermore, I had to miss an appointment with CMS that was scheduled at 10AM.
Was seen for my appt 50 minutes late! Online scheduling system does not work. You have to "ask" to pay your co-pay upfront, which should be routinely offered to patients.
Dr Dallas went above and beyond. I went in preparation for a trip and she wanted to do a quick check up on me at the same time since I hadn't seen her in awhile. The extra time she told for the checkup was appreciated and made me feel like she truly cared about me.
It is very difficult to get up an appointment with my health care provider.
Same excellent service I have grown to expect
Dr. Dallas listened to all of my concerns and clearly informed me on the pros and cons of each treatment choice.
I am really impressed with Dr. Dallas and her knowledge, but it seems like my appointments are always behind schedule.
After being taken to the Doctor's office I had to wait about a half hour in the office until the Doctor came. The nurse told me she was finishing up with another patient.
Dr Dallas treats patient as her family member She build trust with her patient She establish confidence in her recommendation She treats patients with courtesy and most respect She deserves a medal recognition
All went well.
Dr Dallas is kind, understanding, and very caring. Takes her time with patients.
Dr. Dallas is very thorough and I feel comfortable discussing my concerns with her.
Outstanding and compassionate care as usual
