Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2015
Dr. Dallas listened to all of my concerns and clearly informed me on the pros and cons of each treatment choice.
I am really impressed with Dr. Dallas and her knowledge, but it seems like my appointments are always behind schedule.
After being taken to the Doctor's office I had to wait about a half hour in the office until the Doctor came. The nurse told me she was finishing up with another patient.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

The nurses and doctors at Carle are very good at what they do.
When I left the office, I forgot to check out. I know there were instructions for me. So I called back when I got home and asked them to mail the information. So the person who answered the phone tried to contact someone to tell them but we got cut off so, I don't know if they got the message or not. I would like the visit information emailed or mailed to my home. Thank you.
Dr. Dallas is probably one of most professional doctors I've ever seen. She's extremely caring, makes me feel very appreciative. or appreciated. She's knowledgeable, she addresses all concerns and make sure the patient understands and is well addressed and taken care of before I leave and I'm extremely blessed to have her.
