Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2015
Dr. Fischer is an excellent care provider. She is very knowledgeable and professional!
I was given a shot my foot hurts more now then when I came in. I will be calling the doctor to ask about this.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Awwwsome team you have at Carle
Dr. Fischer was very professional and friendly.
You never have any issues when I go for my visits. I usually get in on time, and I really appreciate that and I do really love seeing the doctor I have for my Podiatry. Thank you. Have a good day.
People at the front desk were very nasty and rude! If they don't like they're jobs they shouldn't be dealing with the public.......I'd suggest a training class or two for the patient check in people!
I really appreciate Dr. Fischer personality, or personal involvement in my situation, and her understanding of what what we need to do, and the ways she carries through on things. Thank you.
No problem, very satisfied,thank you

I was not happy with the kiosk, would not tell me if my transaction (entering of my personal info) was complete. A waste of my time as I had to get back in line and have personnel at the desk do it again.
I felt very comfortable & really liked the doctor & her aids.
Get some magazines for your waiting room. Maybe a potted plant or two. Maybe reconfigure your seating. It is a very sterile, uncomfortable environment.
Everyone in the Watseka office were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Watseka Podiatry to every body.
Came in with painful foot and left walking normal with no pain.
i was disappointed in your automatic check in system. it took longer to type in the letters of your name etc. then i later went to the front desk, and they told me i wasn't checked in yet. i hope you are working on the check in system
All of my doctors are Carle doctors I'm very happy with my care
My problem was solved!
