Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2015
It was nice to not have to feel rushed during my walk-in visit. I felt like I was well heard and treated well regarding all of my presenting issues.
I was seen in a timely considering they were packed. I had made an appointment and they called me close to the time. Everyone went out of their way to make my comfortable.
Very Good Service
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Everyone was wonderful. Dr. Fontaine went above and beyond, and all of the staff should be rewarded.
Great experience. Was in and out quickly with an appointment!
Staff, did a great job getting me checked in. Nurse was very efficient. The doctor was very helpful and looked into my issue. Was very satisfied with the care I received.
The doctor seeing me was very courteous, very helpful, and very and inform me very much what I needed to know.
The provider was good, very thorough, but I was in a hurry after waiting almost an hour to be done with my appointment. (This is from check in to check out, but my overall time with the provider and the need to be seen was less than five minutes.) My time is important too. That's why I hate coming to Carle, the wait time is ridiculous. I don't know how to fix your issue, but I really think something needs to be done. And for some reason it smells in there, like its dirty. I would suggest a thorough cleaning of the carpet, furniture, etc. I recently transferred from Christie Clinic to Carle, and their facility didn't smell. I'm not for sure why yours does.
The doctor I saw was thorough, answered and asked pertinent questions and was extremely respectful.
Everyone I had interaction with was very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely return if I ever need to.
Dr Fontaine was excellent !!! She treated me like she already knew me and that meant a lot.
