Dr. Gentry and the nurses at the nurses station were great! I had to rush to work and pass the kids off to my husband and they were very understanding.

My whole visit went great except for the check in and check out they could have had they only had one person checking in and one person checking out and there was a line of people waiting to get checked in and checked out so they could have had at least one more person checking people in and checking people out. Other than that the visit was wonderful.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Easier access to staff when making appointment today. Was connected quickly which is a major change. In the past waiting on the phone for 15-20 minutes to talk with the reception desk was typical.

if you want people to self register on the screens make it easy to navigate ..... it can raise peoples bp so i am avoiding the screens entirely those things are worthless

Dr. Gentry and everyone on his team are amazing. The front desk staff are on the top of their game. You can really tell everyone is working their hardest to make sure everyone is well taken care of.
