It took 3 calls back to central scheduling over 3 days to schedule this appointment. I would never have had the appointment without persistence. This seems to be an archaic system or one that needs intelligent attention. The doctors nurse responded in a timely fashion however central scheduling never called me back even after repeated attempts to secure this appointment. This is extremely stressful for the patients. Furthermore trying to schedule a followup manipulation while at the check out desk at the clinic requires the employee to walk back to the office and wait to ask the doctor or his nurse is if it OK to schedule the appointment for a manipulation (ie not a consult). This has happened several times and elderly patients with canes have been made to stand an wait in line a long time as well as parents with small children and toddlers. This is an archaic system that needs to be addressed. I would never recommend this clinic for this reason. There used to be a scheduler they could call who could address this issue. Now there is nothing and central scheduling is useless as well. I am infuriated with this antiquated system as it is costing others beside myself to waste their time. The doctor and staff are not responsible for making appointments so they need a scheduler. The fact that the employee at checkout cannot even call back to the office is beyond ridiculous. I have already made a future appointment to transfer my care to Christie Clinic. They seem to be able to make an appointment!! The doctor and his staff are competent and I have no issues with my care. It is my frustration with the scheduling fiasco that is driving me away. It is much too stressful!!! Perhaps carrier pigeons would provide a workable solution as technology is useless in their hands.

Dr. Ahn is awesome. I really like him and he was up to date on my records when he came into the room. I hope he stays around for a long time.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

The checkout process did not well. There was no one at the checkout desk. I had to go to the check in desk and and the person seemed confident enough to handle it, but it was very confusing to know how to check out as a say having. No one at the checkout desk did not help.

I found it annoying that I had to remind of him stuff I already filled out on mycarle system--its look what is the point of doing this thing of what I want to cover during my visit when I have to manually tell him anyway. He owned it that he never read it.

I do not like the billing system. I do not like charges, a separate charge to enter into the physician's room. My physician is great. The nurses were great. It's the billing that I have a problem with.

My provider is kind and will listen to questions asked. It's a basic conversation and my meds didn't change. Is there an opportunity to answer the questions asked in the beginning of the visit on line? Am I depressed, have I fallen, have your meds changed and a review of meds can be done by me at home. Also, most of the kiosks had "Not Working" signs on them. The one available took me part way through and quit. There was a gentleman wanting to make an appointment with Dr. Ahn. The only help he got was someone giving him a list of Drs. That interaction could have been much more helpful. He left frustrated because he had been referred to Dr. Ahn.

For someone that is on SS Benifits and Medicare the cost of a simple Dr appointment is too costly with the facility charge that is added to the cost of my visit
