Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2016
Everyone from room service, housekeeping, up to and including my hospitalist were very courteous and helpful. The food was very good too.
After being in ER for 8 hours and finally getting admitted at 3:30 a.m., I was told my room was ready. My room was not ready as a cleaning woman continued to clean with bright lights on for forty minutes. I had no sleep, no food since noon the day before, and all I wanted was to try and sleep. This woman would not leave. Finally called a nurse to remove her. If my room was not ready, I should not have been put there. I had no sleep and was extremely exhausted and this woman continued to bang things around with all the lights on. Not good. And to be in ER on a Friday night for 8 hours??? 2 doctors on call on a Friday night. There were more armed officers in ER than doctors!!! I expect a little bit better from Carle.
While I was in the hospital and doctors would not listen to what I had to say unless I agreed with everything they wanted to do some of it was repeat. I have had the test some of them they wanted to do over I had gotten no results or negative results and they wouldn't listen to me. They just wanted me to agree to everything. I don't do that and until you start listening you're not going to get good responses. That's all I have to say.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr. Anwisye is an excellent doctor I would highly recommend her. I wish she was going to stay in practice. She listens to her patient's you don't get rushed out of her office to take time for each and every one.
Dr. Anwisye-Mashele is a very thoughtful and thorough doctor with a wonderful personality.
Hate losing my Dr again!
Dr. Anwisye is great!! She is so easy to talk to & she really listens to my concerns & questions & helps me find solutions that work for me.
I like the front and they encouraging, nice it's already, I can't explain nothing else that needs to be did.
The Doctor I saw was amazing, I'm sad to hear she is leaving.
Dr. Anwisye-Mashele is a fabulous physician! I am counting the days until she hopefully returns to primary care from hospitals. We've met twice and those were two of the most impactful experiences I've had with a primary care provider. I felt heard, validated, and ready to be accountable to myself. I felt that I was given options and helpful suggestions. Dr. Anwisye-Mashele is truly a gem.
Hi, Dr. Anwisye was outstanding. But I would also like to compliment the 2 workers who were at the door asking people if they have cough or fever they were outstanding and another one was very helpful. There was no one to help me to help me get the paperwork from Dr. Anwisye and a lady came and she actually sat and she has to me that it wasn't her responsibility because no one was at the front desk or at the doctor's office to help.
There is way too much turn over in the staff. I have had to go through several physicians. My husband has gone through several physicians one time we didn't even see the physician before they left. You need a much more stable staff. Thank you.
Hi, I felt like the doctor really listened to me and paid attention to me, and I was comfortable asking her questions, and I really appreciate that. Thanks.
I was very pleased with my care I received.
will miss the doctor as she moves to new position.
Services good, but appointment was 45 minutes late. Thanks.
Extreme disconnect in communication from staff scheduling appointments and the nurses/doctors/PCP. I waited two months in pain for a procedure that could have been done in a simple office visit. Instead I waited for an operating room to find out later that it wasn't even necessary. They also scheduled me for a colposcopy which I didn't even need, and my doctor was confused as to why that was even scheduled. Extremely terrible customer service from a communication standpoint. No one even apologized for the circumstance or tried to make it right, they just made me wait two months for a routine procedure for no reason. Don't schedule an operating room for a basic procedure when there is only one available once a month, and don't schedule patients for unnecessary procedures just because you can't communicate with the doctor's nurses. When you call the office they don't EVER let you talk to your doctor/nurses. They take messages for you and then. by the time the doctor/nurse gets your message chances are its not at all what you were trying to communicate. I have had this issue time and time again with Carle on Windsor. They need to come up with a better communication channel for you to be able to talk to your nurse/doctor in a timely manner that doesn't involve writing a message on an app and hearing back 24-48 hours later.
I just switched to Dr. Anwisye I find her refreshing for the mere fact she listens and is willing to work WITH me.
