Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2016
The only change that I would make is that I would encourage patients to bring someone with them. The nurses that scheduled the appointment said that I didn't need to bring anyone and made the procedure sound very casual but I was glad that I brought my husband as you are sent to the OR waiting room, have a wrist band, your own room, etc... It was nice to have someone there with me.
Couldn't ask for better care than Dr y Elias
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Everyone was very caring. Have never had a bad experience.
Dr. Elias was very kind and helpful. I appreciated his demeanor and caring attitude. I would recommend him to anyone and if I ever have to do this kind of procedure again would want him to be the one to do it. [...]
My procedure was unable to be done is why I stated that it did not start on time.
only issue I had was in the emotional state I was in and the labling of the paring area I could not understand how to get in. I see place badge here so assume its employee parking. it would benefit to have patient press here for assistance or entry something stating patient area. it was unclear to me and my mind was set on the biopsy I was about to go into. keep it simple less for someone to have to search for. especially if the facility and such is new to a first timer.
