Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 2016
Nurse seemed indifferent and kind of bored. Nurses or staff sitting in work areas seemed unprofessional. Nurse acted agitated towards my son during shots. Nurse practioner seemed rushed and hurried and felt I couldn't continue asking questions.
Kerry is very easy to talk to and listens to your concerns to help solve the problem.
Checkout process to get your paperwork or to pay your copay, leaves a lot to be desired. I went the last time and there was four of us standing there with one person waiting on everyone.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr. Made me feel like I was wasting her time and I feel like she was judging me so I didn't even bring up another reason I was there!
They were polite and very nice. They explained to about why I should be taking my sugar pill They were very helpful. Thank you
I always glad to see my... my doctor. She's always talk to me in a way that I understand. That's what I like.
Well first, the people who are standing in line that don't know how to use the check in computers on the side should probably be shown. Some people don't like to ask, They just wait in line, you know. Kind of like the Social Security office, soon as you walk in they have someone go up and help them sign into computer thing. But anyway, there's been some confusion I think between the caretakers and it could be partially my fault too. I have a short term memory loss at times. I try to write everything down, keep it all organized, but overall so far this is a new to me. It's a new clinic, so I can't rate it. You know, the doctor
I feel very comfortable with Kerry Hall. She listens to me and is very supportive and helpful.
They were running late then interrupted me to say they had another patient. Definitely weren't listening
Kerry Hall is a very good health provider. She listens to me. She understands me, and I would recommend her to anybody.
Yes, I really like everything. They cared for me very well. Thanks.
Kerry Hall has always been an extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff member. We request her as she is our favorite! I've never dealt with any staff member at Carle that fell short in any of these categories, but Kerry Hall is outstanding.
