Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

You guys are awful.
I was very quickly and everyone was very kind and comforting during my visit.
Was seen quickly, by all.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I did not feel like my needs were addressed during the visit. It felt More like my pain was dismissed and undiagnosable without a distinguishable appointment where I felt like all my needs were taken care of. To top it off, i felt very dismissed because the doctor did not seem to care and just wrote off my pain as being something else and made me take a pregnancy test for what I felt like was no reason at all. I felt like the doctor could care less about me leaving in pain or not.
Best convenient care nurse and doctor In years!
I just wanted to say that Dr. wan Chang I think was the doctor we saw he was wonderful. He did a very thorough job. He's really courteous and really look after my son who is sick. Anyway, I really appreciate it to him, and I want him to know that. Thanks. Bye.
The doctor and nurse I saw today were great!! The doctor quickly diagnosed the problem and the nurse spent a long time trying to get my ear-wax out. Even though the wax was really stubborn the nurse worked very hard and diligently to get almost all of it out. Then the doctor came back in and even worked to get a little more out with a different tool,. I really enjoyed the care I received today!
If you are being seen for a possible UTI or bladder infection and you are extremely uncomfortable when urinating you should not be sent home with no information or anything to help with the discomfort. There is no reason why the urine could not be tested there in the lab. Not to mention it is now almost 24 hours later and still no information or follow call to how he is doing. Totally unacceptable.
They were very use today, causing long waits.
I wasn't very happy with the check-in procedure. did not work well
Really appreciate the staff members, nurses, and doctors at convenient care! Excellent experience!
The medical staff was incredibly kind. The staff member at the check in desk was not. She was curt, and acted like I was imposing on her time. I do not know her name or I would share that. NOT a great way to start a visit to this facility. She was just not nice!!!!!
My care was adequate pretty straight forward case, prescription prescribed and explained, told what to expect & how long restrictions should be and expected progression of my symptoms.
Both the Doctor and Nurse were very pleasant, helpful yet efficient.
Dr Chang was awesome. So caring, and made sure I was not uncomfortable. He also tried to get to know me and didn't rush me out. I wish he could be my primary!
I left this site no smarter than when I went in. So much so that I later received a phone call from the doctor with an offer for muscle relaxers. My problem usually happens when I'm sound asleep and is a quick sharp pain that subsides slowly and causes problems thru the rest of the night. I'm not sure how muscle relaxers would benefit me for this. It's not an every night occurrence. I feel like this was a waste of an hour and my 20.00. It took an hour for me to see a Dr for 10 min and did nothing for me. This was initiated by a request to see my dr. A triage nurse decided that I shouldn't wait for an appt, but should go specifically to Conv care at the main Urbana clinic within the following three days. Caused a sense of urgency for absolutely nothing according to the dr.
All the staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful.
Dr. Chang was very helpful and listened to my concerns with regards to taking Zithromax and prednisone steroid and made suggestions and anyway, it proved to be very helpful, he was very kind. Thanks.
