Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

The improvements you need to make is the parking situation. It's extremely busy around there with a restaurant on the end. It was just very hard to maneuver the parking, so that needs to be addressed. Thank you.
Dr. Egner is very understanding and helpful to explain everything
Basically a recheck so pretty standard experience.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
Dr Egner is a super doctor, he is so knowledgeable, he knows everything, very kind, very nice, very friendly
although 3 months past since my past visit, he still didn't update the dosage increase of my prescription on my medication list for the medication that I take for this illness. When I mentioned this to him,he was vague about why he didn't do it. I told him that when I get the prescription filled at the pharmacy, the 3 month quantity is short in total.
I absolutely love Dr. Egner. All of his nurses of the staff. Everyone is wonderful, and I would recommend them and actually I have recommended them to other family members or friends that I've come in contact with and blessed to have such a great too. Thanks.
Everyone was just did their jobs excellent. And I appreciate everything that they did and have for me and I just want to say thank you and for the best of care. They are all wonderful the doctor and all his team and I thank you all very much.
I liked how I was able to get in and out very quickly. Thank you.
Dr Egner's knowledge, calm voice and total bedside manner are so calming and reassuring. I would recommend him to anyone who needed to see a provider in the cancer center.
