Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Dareshia was awesome, and I can't wait for Dr. [...] to reopen her practice so that I can have more friends and family comes to them.

Timely efficient knowledgeable caring

Good and Quick visit

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

[...], she goofed around with me, and she took such good care of me, and she made me feel like she was very easy to talk to. She has very great bed side manners, and I enjoyed it very much, and you guys should know that she does a wonderful job.

She was very attentive

DaReshia was so helpful and friendly. I can not think of a better asset to your practice than her. This was my [...] visit with her and I am so glad to have her join Dr [...]'s team.

Appreciated the promptness of fulfilling medical info to daycare and care to make sure we had the right kind of appt for our needs.

I was seen for conjunctivitis by DaReshia as my doctor was gone. I really liked her and she was thorough. Ty

Being told to check in at 7:45 am and not getting called back to see the doctor until 8:10 is ridiculous. I have to be to work by a certain time and I'm depending on you to get me in to see doctor in a reasonable time. I can see making me wait until 8 am if doctor doesn't start until 8 but 10 min after starting time is crazy. Please try to do better.

I love my Carle clinic and everybody there too!!

The nurses and nurses practitioner are fantastic. Alway the best!!!!

I always get top notch care at your clinic.

The only thing I found irritating is that I answered the address, birth date stuff on the phone and when I got to the desk I had to answer them again. My birth date, address, phone number etc didn't change in 45 minutes!!!

Being a health care professional and working in the emergency department as a nurse. I haven't really been on the other side of the care very often and I felt very unappreciated, not listened to. I felt like the physician's assistant was very busy. She didn't have time to hear my concern or my worries or what I felt, as I was talking she stood up and start walking out of the room and said, oh no, no now that can't be no. No, no, no, no. No, so I just stopped. I didn't even finish my story or tell her anymore of what I felt because I felt like she was disinterested or unconcerned. That's all. Thank you.

Today's visit was finally like the best day in the world. My problems were taken care of finally. Wish there were hours in the day or drs that could care for you within that week and not months. Thank you all for being able to treat me today.

My provider was very, very understanding, the nurses were great. [...]

Yes, she maybe understand everything that she told me about my health and I like her very much. Thank you.

Miss [DaReshia] and [...] were fantastic!

I think it was very good. Very very good. It just took awhile before I got waited on. But everything else was just perfect and I appreciate everything. Thank you.
