Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

Easy access, friendly staff, clean facility, great job!
The care and professionalism of the nurses were able to take away my anxiety that I have about endoscopes. By the time I went for the process I felt much calmer and relaxed. This is totally down to the way the nurses took care of me. I am most grateful to each one of them for their concern and care. Thank you for such dedication and professionalism.
This visit was for my son...[...]. Staff was comforting, advised him in advance that one of the injections would be a bit painful. They comforted him, placed band-aids on and treated him very appropriately for his age (##). I had some questions re [...] and they provided complete information. Information sheets about the injections were also given to me at the end of the visit.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I was very pleased with this visit and the Dr. put me at ease about several things that worried me.
Overall experience was okay. I didn't feel as though the provider really took the time to listen to me, he basically told me he got the gist from my PCPs notes and I would have felt more comfortable discussing my issues in more depth. However, I also didn't feel as though he completely dismissed what I had to say so it wasn't awful.
Dr. Gondal is truly an asset to Carle.
Although a colonoscopy is not a procedure to which one looks forward, the experience at the Carle facility was excellent. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently by all staff.
Dr Gondal actually listened to me when I voiced my thoughts. Not that other Carle doctors haven't. Gondal seemed quite attentive and engaged.
I could never suggest anything more than what I received that day when I had my colonoscopy. Everything was perfect. I would recommend anybody including my grandkids to go there. It was, the nurses were top notch and so was the doctor. I'm very very satisfied.
I was very impressed with this doctor listening to me. As my symptoms were or difficult to explain that he been following along with what I said and very I don't know concerned I felt like he was concerned and was doing his best to figure out what was going on with me. I appreciated that very much.
The nurses were extremely friendly, competent & caring. The doctor was running 15 minutes late & I was the first patient of the day but he called & said he was running late which was no problem. I had excellent care. This was my first colonoscopy and I had heard several horror stories about having one but this wasn't bad at all.
[...] There was no particular investigation into my pain and nothing suggested to handle it.
I felt very comfortable and at ease during my visit.
Thought the whole team made my experience as good as it could be
