Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

This was my first visit at this location and I was very impressed. Overall, very pleased and I will return for future needs as well as recommend to others. Thank you!

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Great staff!

My experience was wonderful! I was working that day and they were able to get me in and out in an hour so I could get back to my job. Dr. Ackerson gave me the best gift ever with a [treatment]. I can't have [medication] so that was a true life saver! I am very grateful to be so lucky as to have this facility right where [...]. I will definitely be back when needed. My nurse [...] was wonderful as well.

Visit with nurses and physician was well. They were very polite and attentive. Frustration was with wait time (in room waiting for physician) seemed to be 45 minutes. I get it is a busy place and you can't control but still seemed long. Also the fact I could not get Doppler of leg that day was frustrating. It was why I went there

Amazing

It was wonderful. They helped me a lot. I felt a lot better when I left there and a lot better the next day. I think it's a wonderful place and I'd go back there again. Everybody was wonderful and I felt much better after my treatment.
