Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

The doctor was really well, [...]. So she did a really good job. Thank you.
You were all nice, treated me. I can ask for no more.
Yes, I felt pretty rushed to get in and out for the appointment that I had even though it wasn't a scheduled appointment, I just felt rushed getting there and getting out. So that's my only complaint. Thank you.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I just felt heard and understood. So often, providers hyperfocus on my preexisting conditions and refuse to listen to my concerns about other issues. Dr. Brooks didn't do that-- she listened and took care to consider me as a whole person and not a set of symptoms.
Excellent service, good professionals; I'm thankful for that.
I felt that every time a explained a symptom I am having that the provider either ignored or push back with "you have a muscle strain and you need therapy. I felt she was not listening to me and when I left I was crying. I have had these symptoms for 7 months and in pain. I felt we could have at least explored all the possibilities as to what could be going on. she had her mind made up and was not going to talk about anything else. She was not compassionate at all. Spent no more than 5 to 10 mins in the room with me. I will go to therapy to see if it helps. But this was one of the worst experiences I have had at Carle. She needs to learn how to listen and at least act like she cares.
Dr Brooks was very thorough and respectful. She was very good and humble. I would want my next check ups to be with her in the future.
