Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 1985
Dr. Fay is the best doctor I've ever had. So competent in her field of medicine. Always remembers my history. Listens. Shows compassion. Laughs with me. I trust her more than any other doctor. She is a gift.
Dr. Fay was knowledgeable and very comfortable to talk to. I really enjoyed meeting her for the first time yesterday.
Very good experience. Everyone in the office was polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. Dr. Fay listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I am very confident that Dr. Fay will be a big help in getting my health issue improved.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
The nurse is very nice and patient and tried to explain in simple words so that I could understand the terminologies. Dr Fay is very professional and patient, explaining every questions I had and came up with a feasible proposal. I definitely trust her. Hope the method works for me.
Love Repro Med. They make you feel important and cared for in a very personalized way. I wish all depts were like them. From front desk to MA to RN's, midlevels, and docs--they just seem to have it all together.
The nurse that helped me through the night was absolutely wonderful. She met all of my needs and did a fantastic job taking care of me.
Everyone on dr Fay's operating team, pre and post op were absolutely wonderful, including Dr Fay. All of the nurses and HCT staff in the postpartum unit were amazing too.
My experience at Carle was wonderful and my nurses were awesome. The care and concern that was provided was A1.
I dont have any response at this time thank .
