Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

I just wanted to say my doctor was extremely capable, had done a great job reading my whole medical background, had tons of great questions, was really prepared. Took me really seriously even though I'm a younger patient. And yeah, just did a really amazing job above and beyond work great work.
I was called the day before our visit and told My daughter needed to be scheduled for more tests. One was possibly not available for the next day(My daughter was worked in) I was very lucky to have been able to answer the phone because I cannot usually answer my phone at work. I just happened to have been on a break. 1. If I didn't answer the phone and showed up to the appointment without these tests then what good would the appointment have been? 2. We had to rearrange our day to make the extra appointments. One of which was possibly not available. I stressed all day waiting for a call back and missed it because I was busy at work. I was left with a time they could take her but I had to call back and let them know if that would work. It was after hours. I called in the morning to confirm. The stressing of not knowing if we were going to be prepared for an appointment that we knew about for 1 month prior made me upset. I feel like this could have been taken care of earlier than 24 hours notice. Especially with the drive that was involved to even get there and the nature of the reason we were there. There were no request for histories from the retina center or from my daughters imaging. I Was told repeatedly to make sure next time I bring all that stuff with me. It's easier for your facility to request that between medical records than for me to just guess what information you all have. In less words I feel like the entire visit was a disorganized and unprepared for my daughters visit.
The staff at the checkout desk were all on their phones and there were patients waiting in line. Very annoying.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
I have told every doctor so far that I had talked to that they did not inject dye in my head....in my arm whenever they did the CAT scan and the, well, the CT test, and it's not showing anything at all and they're treating me for something for nothing. I want a Cat Scan rescanned and everything and done right before we start doing any treatment or anything and they're just blowing me off like they're saying, like there's nothing wrong. I'm sorry to tell you but I've got severe headaches and it's awful hard to do anything. I mean, it feels like I got brain freeze half the time, and I'd like to have something done the right way. Not just a shoot me in there and get me shoved out the door. That's all I keep doing is getting exams. I get nothing done to help me out. Thank you.
Dr. Faheem listens carefully and provides excellent explanations of my brain injury.
He took the time. He listened. Good Dr.
Waited 5min for registration person, only came when someone was checking out. Aid told me was running late after in room 20min. Provider was vexed initially as had not reviewed copious tests, referred concerns back to pcp. Feel providers need to communicate better and scanned/ off site results need to be easier to find.unfair burden on worried pt with rare disease.
I had no idea what building I was supposed to go to, therefore I went to the first building on my right and was told, no, I had to go to the gray building. Didn't identify which gray building, so I ended up going to all three. Parking, going in, talking to the receptionist, going back out to the car, moving to the next building. There should be some kind of directory, there should be some kind of identification as to, from the outside, as to who is in what building. Very confusing. Very time consuming. Irritating. Thank you.
I think the whole staff, y'all whole team did very well. I think I went above and beyond a duties. Even to the point is that after to make sure I was transported safely. The doctor was very kind. He was very thorough and I mean, I have no complaints. I think you guys are very awesome. Job, well done. Bye.
I greatly appreciated that the doctor was very respectful in taking the time to review my chart information rather than ask me to repeat everything again (which is very frustrating and tiring when you have seen multiple providers for the same problem).
I spent from 1:15 to 4:00 PM constantly waiting in waiting rooms for eye tests or rooms to open up for the doctor. I was told I had appts at 1:30 (tests) and 2:00 (doctor). The main waiting room on 2nd floor (in the new building at Fields) is awful. One big open space with nothing to look at but other people. The other smaller one I waited in was freezing with fellow patients also complaining about the cold. I feel the process could be so much better organized as they couldn't seem to fit everyone in and I was just kept waiting for no reason.
The Best Doctor and Very considerate person!
The nurses is a very competent. I really have every confidence in them. Thank you.
The girls at the checkout stations were rude. They ignored those of us waiting in line to checkout until the line was backed up quite far, then, never smiled but actually sighed at times like they were bored and wished we would just disappear.
Loved the new building The nurses are always very kind and friendly
Dr. Faheem is fabulous, he is very gracious and listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions! Outstanding doctor!! [...]
He was very thourough
Dr. Faheem called me the night before my appointment to go over my hand problem which I was going to get Botox shots. I have been to a lot of neurologists but none who have called me at home. He ordered a special machine that showed how much muscle mass that I still had in my arm. Although the shots were extremely painful, he was very sympathetic.
Dr. Faheem was amazing. He was kind and very understanding about my migraines. He was able to give me answers where other neurologist haven't or couldn't.
