Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

I learned something's I didn't know to help me feel better, and things I should not do that could make it worse. They called in my medicine in for me and I picked it up on the way home. Very nice people thank you all ??

My experience at the walk-in clinic was very good. I would not recommend this facility to a friend b/c of the ridiculous policy of a required office visit to become "established" with a new PC Dr., whom I have seen numerous times in the past and who already knows me and my medical history. Not will I pay for that kind of a visit. I will wait until I need to be seen for something else or I will become established with a Dr. at another facility.

Really appreciate my contacts with Dr. Dorner and other care providers.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

I was very impressed with the two nurses that.... that helped me and [...] I was so very excited to see [Dr. Dorner] at Carle. He is a wonderful doctor and your establishment is very lucky to have him as a provider at your establishment. Thank you very much.

The whole experience was top-notch. All medical and administrative staff were kind, helpful, and understanding. I had difficult-to-describe symptoms, and all were patient and listened well. Felt like everyone was compassionate and respectful.

We were seen at the walk in clinic. They were so great. Truly appreciate the care and consideration. Thank you all.

I love Carle clinic in Mattoon. As soon as you walk in the door there's women at the desk to help you with everything you need and one day I had 3 appointments and and I got chilly and somebody brought me a warm blanket and I was hungry and somebody bought me three different snacks and I mean everybody is friendly, they helped me that I don't feel that I am confused when I leave there or that I didn't get the care that I needed and I just wanted to say I love Carle.

Can't say enough good about this experience. The Doctor didn't jump to conclusions to get a diagnosis. Ran a lot of tests to help get a proper diagnosis, still waiting on some test results but I'm comfortable with all that has been done

The doctor, Dr. Dorner listened very carefully didn't seem to be in a hurry and gave me specific things to help me with my problem. Very impressed with his overall experience.

Third time to a walk-in in 5 days (other 2 not carle locations) and was finally treated and have hope of feeling better instead of loading up on OTC meds. Thank you for listening to everything I had told you and not just what I was experiencing that second.

Dr. Dorner was kind and compassionate. He asked questions, listened, and responded with information, advice, and options.

05/16/2019

I appreciate all the caring and respect that the staff shows when I go there. They are awesome.

I left feeling better. Dr. Dorner was kind, caring, & explained things very well. I would be happy to see him again if the need arises. Out of all (approx. 10) of my Convenient Care visits (myself & my children) this was by far my best experience & best doctor.
