Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

Learned something new

First visit in several years. Molly Berger, PA was very thorough, professional and helpful.

This was the first time I saw Molly, as my previous PA is no longer with Carle. I was so pleased with her--she will be a very good fit for me!

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

The doc I had seen was extremely helpful. As I am trying to get in for a sleep study. She was full of knowledge and helpful material about the subject and extremely helpful with things I can do now to help my sleep until we can get the study done.

The provider was very nice and easy to talk to.

The provider (Molly) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant.

Molly is great. She is friendly and listened to what I needed to say, discuss or ask. This was my first interaction with her, but I would totally come back to her.

Molly [...] was very good and professional. [...]

This was my first patient visit with Molly Berger. I know that she is new to Carle, and I have to say, I was really impressed. She was thorough and informed, and had a printout of my sleep records so that we could have an intelligent conversation about my situation.

The provider I saw was very nice! I do wish more was done about my insomnia. I felt like the provider wasn't too focused on that. Kept asking me stuff about sleep apnea and restless legs which I don't really have and referred me to do a sleep study which I don't think i'll be able to do. I can't fall asleep and are up for hours in the night to where I only get about 3-4 hours of sleep until I have to wake up and go to work. I feel like I wasted money coming to this appt when the real issues I am having aren't getting any help.

Good experience. Provider was knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions.

Molly was very sweet and kind during our visit. She took my concerns very seriously and I left my appointment relieved knowing I could be helped.

Molly was great - this was my [...] visit with her, I was expecting a first visit with Dr. [...], but [...]. However, she had really looked into my history and she really engaged in hearing from me about my needs and outlook. She offered helpful alternatives to improve my sleep. I was very impressed. I had had good experience with [...] before and I was very pleased to see that with a new NP there was no drop off in the quality of our interactions regarding my care.

I visited the sleep clinic. There is a very long wait to get into this clinic. Now it appears there is a very long wait to have a sleep study. This long schedule is the sort of thing that drives customers to look for alternatives.
