Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 1980
I'm a medical professional myself and this physician is one of the best communicators and most professional I deal with.
I understand that older doctors don't feel the need to actually touch their patience, but for back and hip problems, I think a little investigating is called for!
Dr Harms was very informative and gave me 3 option to discuss with my primary alnog with his recommendation I get a MRI of my back as the current one was quite old.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
The doctor suggested that I have a spinal injection, which I thought was necessary for pain control, but they could not schedule it for 6 weeks, which I thought was not good.
The doctor was wonderful and the Star Trek room motif added to the great experience for my child. Thank you. Bye.
Everyone was very nice
Registration, nurse and physician were all excellent. I have never had a bad experience at this facility and would recommend to others.
The Doctor did exactly what I came in for What a great experience. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to help me better understand it.
Professional and courteous
This experience stood in stark contrast with my last visit. The doctor was attentive and in good humor which made the visit very pleasant.
Smart, and quick the Dr was.felt he knew what he was doing to get me fixed.
My doctor today was extremely thorough and informative. [...]
Dr. Harms and his MOA have been nothing but kind, caring and professional. So thankful for them!
Everyone was very nice and professional.
It's a terrible joke that I came in the back issues, to get an injection. Insurance requires you to wait two weeks. And thus, it was another two weeks before I could get in to get a shot in my spine. So in other words I have to suffer for one month due to lousy insurance issues.
A great health resource
I did not finish all of my paperwork right before the interview - the nurse said she would help me finish it up, she never did. So the doctor did not get all my medications and all my answers.
Yeah, excellent. No. No, that's one of them deals. That is all Robo stuff saying
Dr. Harms saw my daughter, [...], for back pain. I thought he was extremely professional. He explained things very well, and we left the visit feeling very confident that she can be helped.
Well it felt like finally somebody is trying to help my problem it has been a long road trying to get this resolved I guess a person gets impatient when they are having so much pain and you cannot relate that to your family doctor I hope this procedure will help me greatly I'm looking forward to it to get this over with thank you very much [...]
