Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:
Joined Carle: 1999
Dr, Cinnamon is exceptional. I could not be more pleased than I am with his care.
I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. Dr Cinnamon is a great asset to Carle - he listens to my concerns and explains things in a way that I can understand. I am pleased to have him as my physician.
While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
The check in process for adult medicine can be frustrating. I can't use the kiosk, because I have BCBS insurance, so I have to see a person - but the area where check in is usually doesn't have anyone there when I go - so I have to go around to the check out area and wait in line with people checking out so I can check in. And for whatever reason, I've just not found the staff in this area all that friendly. They usually seem not happy to be there and don't really want to deal with people.
I love my doctor. He is one of the best ones I have ever had.
Check-in was terrible Kiosks did not work Went to check in at adult medicine - nobody there - no sign, no nuthin' Finally made my way to checkout station where two receptionists were talking on phones to, obviously, family members. I was only one in line and one of them lifted an index finger to tell me to wait while she finished her personal conversation This is bad policy for a 7-11, let alone a major healthcare provider Someone needs to rethink this type of attitude toward customers
Dr Cinnamon is very personable and easy to talk with. Answered all questions in a way easy to understand.
100 Percent satisfied!!
Dr. Scott Cinnamon is the best doctor I've ever had. I will continue seeing him. I travel for [...] to be able to see him from [...] to [...]. The staff and nurses are all excellent too. Thank you very much. Have a great day.
I do not like the policy of not being able to make a 6th month appointment anymore. The idea of having to wait till 3 months to call back to make an appointment is not patient friendly.
I was not accommodated with the pain - the pain level and the wait. It was very frustrating that you couldn't prioritize my - I am [##] years old. And I should have received better service.
All good. Thank you.
Dr Cinnamon and his nurse are the best. Feel comfortable in discussing any issue I may have, if they don't know the answer they find out for you while you are there. Wouldn't trust going to anyone else for my provider.
Appointment scheduling could improve.
I have gone to this doctor, Dr. Cinnamon for many years, and I'm very pleased with him and the nurses I have always found to be very courteous. So, thank you.
Dr Cinnamon is the best doctor for me. He always know what to do in any medical situation.
Never felt rushed. Dr. Cinnamon takes time to answer my questions and concerns. I appreciate that!
Dr. Cinnamon is great!
My experience with Scott has always been very professional and would highly recommend him to anyone. He takes his time and provides the information that is needed for future care. I always leave his office realizing he really does care for his patients.
Dr. Scott Cinnamon is personally engaged, thorough, and clearly a gifted health professional. I truly feel he is the best physician I am seeing. My only concern is that it took me a very long time to secure this [...], which I first had scheduled in [...].
