Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

I love Dr. Broaders!

Had to wait 45 minutes after appointment time.

Dr Broaders is always informative, caring and very helpful. I have recommended her to four of my friends and my husband and now they are all her patients. She is top notch.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Dr Broaders is the best doctor on the planet!

That the staff and the provider really care about the patient.

I don't mind waiting ifDr Broaders is running late because I know she will give me all the time I need . She is very through and explained everything I needed to know. She is one of a kind!! It shouldn't be about shoving in as many patients as you can . She is amazing

Felt well taken care of, comfortable, and trust Dr Broaders.

Dr. Karen Broaders is one of the most awesome doctors I've ever had. She spends a lot of time with me and goes over all my questions and give me feedback.

The doctor and physicians assistants have over time become good friends of ours as well as health care providers.

Dr Broaders, is and always great for my medical needs. The training and herding of patients to use touch screen check in is bad. As well as check out. Use Humans.

Yes, I've been with Dr. Broaders ever since she became working at Carle. And she's an excellent doctor and I've got excellent Care. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. Broaders is amazing. She listens to my concerns and she follows up with any issues or concerns that I have. She takes time with me and she gives valid feedback. I truly appreciate having her and if she was no longer at Carle, I would be one of those patients who would also leave Carle because she has left. So she is a valuable asset to Carle and Carle Foundation and Carle Clinic.

Dr. Broaders is the finest physician I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I could not ask for more.

I find Dr. Broaders and her staff to be very professional and I am made to feel my care and health are important to them. They take time, there is no rushing through things.

Wait times were longer than usual. However, I know this varies day to day based on patients running late themselves, appointment times running longer, etc.

Dr. Broaders is great . The open concept waiting room is terrible .All departments share the same waiting room . Little kids , adults, etc. coughing, sneezing,,etc. all in the same room is craziness. With the open concept you as a patient are like a host to all that enter the door . I have always said . If you are not sick when you enter , you will be sick when you leave ,.And guess what .. I have now got a terrible cold !!

Dr. Broader's is one of the kindest and most thorough providers I have had. Great asset to Carle.
