Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

We loved Dr. Dillard. Waited too long for an 8:30 appt with nobody else in the lobby.

Dr Dillard is great!!

Dr. Dillard was extremely patient and addressed all my concerns.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.

Dr. Dillard was extremely patient and addressed all my concerns.

I really liked meeting Dr. Dillard. She was able to address my anxiety about the procedure I need and made me more willing to have it.

09/06/2019

I waited a long time (~an hour) for a consultation, which made me late for a following appointment elsewhere. That was probably the biggest downside. The provider was comforting, but almost had me go through a procedure I didn't in fact need. She caught the mistake in time, but that didn't exactly help me build trust in her advice.

I appreciated being seen the day that I had my appointment, because I was late and they made every effort to get me in in a timely manner and didn't make me reschedule. [...] . I appreciated that and the doctor was really good about working me in very quickly - and kudos to her, too. Thank you.

I saw Dr. Dillard today. She is FANTASTIC. All my questions were answered and she was very reassuring!

Everyone was great! Thank you for helping me after my IUD removal and insert when I felt fainty and the pain set in and juice was brought to me quickly.

[...], Dr. Dillard and [...] were all very courteous to my husband and I. They answered our questions and concerns and educated us.

Dr. Dillard is the best!

Dr. Dillard is such a kind and caring doctor. She always makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better doctor to go thru the pregnancy process with.

06/28/2019

Dr. Dillard was great as always. So lucky to have her for my provider.

Dr. Dillard is the best.

I didn't just stay on this floor, I also visited the ED which I would score completely differently and I stayed on the 8th floor which I would also score very differently as well. As a nurse I'd have a lot to say about what went on during my stay at Carle.

Not impressed with lack of follow up

04/26/2019

Dr. Dillard was a wonderful doctor who gave a lot of information and spent a lot of time with my husband and myself.

I can't thank Dr. Dillard enough for her professionalism, willingness to listen and understand my concerns, to perform the needed exam to discern next appropriate medical procedures to identify [...]. I now feel confident that the correct procedure has been ordered as she took the time to consult [...] in my presence, and has assured me that after [...], I will have some needed answers. Thank you so much Dr. Dillard for the professionalism, medical prowess, and empathy you have displayed. I feel sure you are a gift to all your patients. [...]

Dr.Dillard is amazing!

Discharge process was not explained thoroughly. Thankfully, I've had a c section in the past so I was familiar with what was normal. But it was not explained if I could drive, which medications I should take with my blood thinner, and how soon I needed to follow up

03/05/2019

The only complaint I have is that when I called I was told the next available appointment was in 3 months. I had to really advocate to be seen earlier due to hormonal issues. On the positive side, there was a cancellation the day after I called and I was able to get an appointment. I worry about people who really need to be seen and are told they need to wait 3 months by the person at Carle who does scheduling.
