Why do some of our providers not have a star rating? This can be for several reasons, including:

  1. The provider has not yet received the minimum number of patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
  2. The provider practices in a specialty or office that does not use the specified surveys currently used for these ratings.

In the first few days, the medications were insufficient, the pain was much too great than it needed to be. It just took several days to get them to increase stuff to a level that was actually helpful.

I still don't know what the plan is about the air that is in my spine. That is something I need.

I would like for Dr. Berlin or one of these nurses to call me so I can set up an appointment on a follow up with these stitches in order to get them out. I called, left a message and I have not received. It's been over a day now.

While Carle measures many aspects of our patients’ experience, only the survey questions specific to each provider are used to calculate their star rating. The surveys asks patients to evaluate their physicians in areas like communication, listening skills and respect. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and to identify areas for improvement. For each provider, ratings from their patients are averaged together to form a single star rating.
